Press and Gogh Policies

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States using USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on package size and weight.

First-Class Shipping: 3–5 business days after your order leaves our studio

Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days after your order leaves our studio

Please ensure your address is correct before completing checkout.
Once your order has shipped, Press and Gogh cannot make address changes or be held responsible for delays caused by USPS.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the care of USPS.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your package, please first check with your local post office or neighbors.
If the package is delayed or marked as lost, email us at support@pressandgogh.com— we’ll help guide next steps, though Press and Gogh is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once scanned in by the carrier. We'll try to help to the best of our ability.

Refunds & Partial Resolutions

Each Press and Gogh set is made by hand, one piece at a time.
Because of the personal nature of handmade work, all sales are final once your order has shipped.

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a significant mistake has been made on our end (for example, the wrong design, size, or finish).
If a concern arises once you receive your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details at support@pressandgogh.com.

While we don’t offer full refunds, we’ll always aim to find a fair solution — whether that’s store credit, a partial refund, or a replacement, depending on the situation.
Because every nail is painted by hand, slight variations in color, finish, or placement are natural and part of what makes your set uniquely yours.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@pressandgogh.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit based on current availability.
Damage reported after the 3-day window cannot be guaranteed for review or replacement.

Exchanges

If you need to adjust your nail sizes or shapes after ordering, reach out within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production begins or your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
We encourage using our sizing guide before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, materials may already be prepared for your set and cancellations may not be possible.

Custom Orders

Custom requests are one-of-a-kind collaborations.
Please allow up to 10 business days for creation before shipment.
Custom designs are final sale once production begins.
We’ll communicate throughout the process to ensure the design aligns with your vision.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any nail products once they have shipped.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to assist.

Community & Reviews

I started Press and Gogh because I’ve always loved nails — they’re tiny, expressive canvases that let art become part of daily life.
When I discovered I could paint on them, I wanted to create more than just designs — I wanted to tell stories, combining art, color, and personality into something people could wear and connect with.

Each set that leaves my studio is a piece of that passion, made by hand and meant to be lived in.
When you share your experience or leave a review, it helps me grow — but more importantly, it lets me see how my art finds a home with you.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for carrying a little piece of my creativity into the world — one hand-painted set at a time.
