Refund policy

All products offered by Press and Gogh are handcrafted, made-to-order items. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy in nail sizes, design selections, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Exceptions for Errors or Damage

Exceptions are considered only in cases where:

  • The incorrect size, shape, or style was sent due to our error.

  • The product arrives damaged in transit.

To be eligible for review, customers must contact Press and Gogh within five (5) business days of delivery. The email must include:

  • The order number.

  • Clear, unedited photos of the product and packaging.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

Failure to contact us within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

If the claim is approved, a replacement set or store credit will be issued at the discretion of Press and Gogh. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom, bespoke, or personalized designs are final sale. Production on these orders begins promptly and cannot be canceled or altered once started. Press and Gogh retains full discretion to determine when a custom order is eligible for remake or credit.

Sizing Responsibility

Press and Gogh provides sizing kits to ensure proper fit prior to purchase. Customers who order without verifying sizes accept full responsibility for sizing errors. Sets that do not fit due to incorrect sizing on the customer’s part are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If an order is damaged during shipment, customers must notify Press and Gogh within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery. Claims filed outside this period will not be considered.

Press and Gogh is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. In such cases, customers are advised to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Processing of Approved Claims

Approved claims will be processed within 5–7 business days. Replacements and store credits will be issued to the same email or shipping address as the original order.
